When you submit the website enquiry form, we collect the name, telephone number, optional email address, your selected service, preferred branch and message. We also record the date and time of consent. Staff accounts have their own login details.

Purpose and access

We use this information to respond to requested education, admissions, test preparation and visa counselling enquiries, manage follow-up records and allocate enquiries to authorised regional or branch staff. Access is limited by staff role. Processing-related student records are managed separately through the Venkys student portal.
